CNM is also holding an “Hour of Code” event at the STEMulus Center in Downtown Albuquerque, but that event is full.

The Hour of Code is 60-plus minutes of technology instruction that has become a global movement reaching tens of millions of students in 180-plus countries. The students will venture through fun, game-like tutorials with members of the Albuquerque tech community. They will learn about coding, computer science and opportunities that exist in technology and enjoy free pizza. It is designed to teach the concepts behind coding with hands-on instruction from professional programmers.

Students are encouraged to bring a laptop, tablet or smartphone, but devices will be available for use if you don’t have one.
