CNM Art Studio Students to Exhibit Their Work at 5G North Gallery April 19-28

March 22, 2017 -- Several CNM student artists will display their work at an exhibit titled “21 Aspects” at 5G North Gallery in Albuquerque, 1715 Fifth Street NW, April 19-28. A reception honoring the exhibition will be held Friday, April 21 from 6-8 p.m.

“21 Aspects,” curated by CNM art instructor Amie Rangel, will feature a range of art works varying from painting, drawing, illustration, sculpture, textiles and jewelry from students attending the college’s Art Studio program.

"This exhibition is a wonderful opportunity for CNM students to gain experience displaying their artwork as emerging artists,” said Amie Rangel, CNM art instructor. “The variety of works featured demonstrate the broad range, skill and techniques learned throughout their educational journey in the Art Studio program at CNM. The artists look forward to having their work viewed by not just the CNM community, but also the community at large."

Student artists displaying their work include: Rhonda Bodewaldt, John Boglioli, Slater Buron, Tamaron Chee, Kasie Cochrane, Monica Garduno, Ashley Holguin, Cosetta Jake, Michael Kennedy, Christina Lopez-Cherry, Gioncarla Lovato, Elora Madewell, Crystal Montanez, Prudence Myers, Valerie Osbourn, Heather Parker, Adriana Poole, Claire Rand, Alexandria Sam, Miriam Scholl and Rebecca Severinghaus.
