Etre-Perez, dean of the School of Adult & General Education, Pierce, director of Adult Basic Education, and Rael, director of Operations, teamed up to start an ESL class for Operations employees seeking to improve their English skills. The ESL class is offered to the employees free of charge twice per week. CNM is planning to expand the offering to more employees in the future.

Duncan is the bursar in the CNM Cashier’s Office. She helped lead efforts to disburse more than $23 million in financial aid to over 12,000 students earlier in the fall term.

The employees were honored during the November CNM Governing Board meeting.
