To apply for admission into the school, which will open for the fall semester, go to More information about the school and a list of frequently asked questions are also on the site.

The College and Career High School will provide students with a curriculum that focuses on dual credit opportunities, allowing students to graduate from high school with a CNM certificate, associate degree or enough college credits to enter a university as a junior.

The school will operate in the S Building on Main Campus. Students will spend half of the day in high school classes taught by APS teachers, then spend the other half of the day in CNM college classes

CNM will offer students at the school educational pathways that lead to high-quality jobs in the region.

Students at the school will take advantage of CNM’s longstanding Dual Credit program, which allows high school students to take CNM college-level classes that count for both high school and college credit. There is no cost to the student for tuition or textbooks, which can save thousands of dollars on a college education.
