Collective Bargaining Agreement for Security Employees


If any portion of this Agreement is determined by a final order of an administrative agency or court with jurisdiction over the parties to be contrary to law, the affected provision shall be rendered null and void. All other provisions not affected by the illegal provision shall remain in full force and effect. The provision determined to be contrary to law shall be renegotiated by the parties provided either party submits a request to reopen negotiations no later than thirty (30) days after the parties knew or reasonably should have known that the provision was contrary to law.
