Quality Assurance and Brightspace Support

Within the Quality Assurance and Brightspace Support (QAS) team, LMS Support Technicians provide direct technical support to faculty and Learning Experience Designers integrate digital media, learning activities, and virtual scenarios and experiences into courses. The Quality Assurance and Brightspace support team provides support to all faculty at CNM, regardless of modality. Additionally, the team supports quality assurance in courses related to Quality Matters, course certification and QM training. The Quality Assurance area oversees and facilitates the CNM Self-Review.

Refer to the "Importing & Exporting" section of the Online Instructor Resources course in Brightspace and look for Course Copy instructions.
