Academic and Event Scheduling

CNM-owned spaces may be reserved for academic use or college events. CNM policy also allows qualified community organizations to use CNM facilities subject to reasonable standards and fees.

If you are requesting space for anything other than official CNM academic or business use (including meetings, community activities, conferences, trainings and filming), please review our spaces and rates and fill out a request form.

Faculty and Staff Scheduling

Requests to change the room assignment for your class will be reviewed and processed by your academic school. Section identifying information is required. See our page, Request Classroom Change for Academic Sections, to learn more.

If you would like to reserve a standard classroom, computer lab, or conference room, you can use the Astra Schedule system. See our page, Self Service Scheduling Requests, to learn about how you can reserve a general classroom or conference room.
