Courageous Conversations @ CNM
The Courageous Conversations series encourages participants to self-evaluate their behaviors and contributions from a multicultural perspective. Courageous Conversations is a safe space to grow and develop an equity lens.
Courageous Conversations
Our conversations will work to increase racial knowledge, skill, and language to achieve equity in socioeconomic markers such as employment, pay, and education. Everyone (faculty, staff, students) at CNM is encouraged to participate.
CNM Equity Council is sponsoring/leading the conversations, moderated by Cathryn McGill, Founder/Director of the NM Black Leadership Council.
